Repairing and Replacing Teeth in Little Falls, NJ

Do you have missing teeth? Worn, broken teeth? Do you think your smile is beyond repair?

Not so. Dr. Liss offers a variety of treatment options to repair, restore and replace teeth.

Dental Crown

A dental crown, also called a “cap,” is a custom-made tooth restoration made of porcelain that is used to repair a tooth that has had severe damage including:

  • A fracture
  • A large cavity that requires more than an onlay
  • An old filling that has fallen out or broken
  • Root canal therapy

The dental crown fits entirely over the tooth, covering the top of the tooth and the sides, strengthening and protecting the tooth, and returning it to optimal function and appearance.

Bridge

A bridge is used to replace a missing tooth or teeth. The bridge is an appliance that consists of the artificial replacement tooth (or teeth) and two dental crowns. The crowns are placed on the healthy teeth on either side of the space left by the missing teeth; the replacement teeth fit into the space, restoring function and appearance.

Denture

A denture is a removable appliance that replaces missing teeth and the adjacent tissues. A partial denture is used to replace several teeth; a full denture is used to replace all missing teeth. Dentures not only restore the health and function of the mouth, they increase self-confidence and support the facial muscles. We create our partial and full dentures in-house for a custom look and fit.

With all the restorative options available, there’s no reason for anyone to suffer from the embarrassment, pain and limitations of damaged or missing teeth. Get your smile back to health, comfort and function. Call today 973-256-5001. We’re happy to serve Little Falls, Montclair and Totowa.
